FORMAT
Only drivers of high performance, high value cars can apply for membership of the Mondello Park VIP track day club. VIP drivers must also supply their details and those of their car prior to acceptance. Membership fee is €50.00

Unless otherwise advertised all VIP Days take place on the International circuit. VIP days are closed, that is no spectator access is allowed, unless by prior arrangement, which gives drivers and their cars much greater privacy. To apply for VIP membership contact Ian Beatty.

GROUPS
VIP days will run with an open pitlane, which means that drivers can come and go as they please for the entire session without being seeded into the groups used for open days. This format offers increased track time over the open days if a driver wishes to avail of it.

TIMES & PRICES
All spaces on Mondello Park V.I.P. track days must be pre-booked.

All days run from 10:00 until 17:30, with lunch from 13:00 until 14:00. The day is split into two sessions, morning and afternoon. The cost for a VIP Day is €160 for the morning, €185 for the afternoon and €260 for the full day. The price includes admission for a maximum of four guests per driver and no other spectators will be admitted. Tea, Coffee, Water, a Continental Breakfast and light lunch are included in the price. Passengers can be carried free of charge, but must be over 18 & sign on in the sesretary's office before going out on the circuit.

If a driver turns up on the day (Open or VIP day) without prior booking and a space is available there will be an additional charge of €30.00 on top of the pre booking rate.

REGISTRATION
Every participant must be over 18 and present their current, full, clean, road licence at sign on. If you forget your license on the day you will NOT be allowed to sign on or go on the track. Sign on starts for the morning session at 8:30, morning sign on will always close at 9.30. Sign on starts for the afternoon session at 12:30, afternoon sign on will always close at 13.30. If you have booked in and are late for sign on your place may be given away, so early arrival is advised. Sign on is followed by a detailed briefing which everyone must attend prior to going on the circuit.
