CHAMPIONSHIP REGISTRATION FORMS

The championship registration form can be completed on line and returned by email, or printed off and mailed or faxed to Mondello Park. Registration will not be complete until payment is recieved. If returning the form by email or fax you will be contacted regarding payment once the fax is recieved. If posting your form please enclose cheque, cash or postal order as payment.

ENTRY FORMS

EMAIL ENTRIES: Competitors are advised that they cannot supply credit card details on the email entry form. Upon receipt of an entry you are required to contact the Mondello Park office to make payment. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.30.
