Time-Attack

Time attack is a relatively new form of motorsport which pitches modified road car tuners and drivers against each other, to see who can produce the fastest lap time on a particular day. The championship has two divisions Pro and Club with the Pro Championship made up primarily of professional tuners and experienced racers and the Club championship being mainly for the lower budget teams and less experienced drivers.

The Pro championship allows more extensive modifications including aerodynamic and bodywork alterations, while the Club Championship cars look more like their road going cousins and are not allowed any body or aerodynamic changes.

Time-Attack has been organised and controlled by Mondello Park since 2008 and is looking forward to another sucessful year in 2010. Information on the 2010 Irish Time-Attack championship will be available here shortly.
