For Drivers who HAVE Completed a Mondello Park Motor Racing School Course

Drivers who have previously completed a Mondello Park Motor Racing School 'Start Line' course or higher are automatically eligible. Any driver who has previously competed or held a motor racing licence is excluded from the competition.

To secure a place in the competition drivers need to purchase a 'Become A Racing Driver' course for €235.

This course will take the same format as the 'Start Line' course except that drivers performance is assessed throughout.

Points are allocated for various categories including a drivers lap times in the single seater, but being quickest is not a guarantee of victory. Points for all categories are added together and the driver with the highest total, each time the course is run, is selected to go through to the final.

The final will take place prior to the start of the 2012 race season and once all of the heats have been run. The final will follow the same format as the heats with the addition of a media skills interview. All heat winners will take part in the final, free of charge, and from this one driver will be chosen to represent Mondello Park and Sheane Cars during 2012.

Drivers who have not previously completed a Mondello Park Motor Racing School 'Start Line' course or higher are eligible to take part once they purchase a 'Complete Novice' package. This package is made up of a 'Start Line' course and a 'Become A Racing Driver' course. Any driver who has previously competed or held a motor racing licence is excluded from the competition.

Prior to attending the 'Become A Racing Driver' course complete novice drivers must complete their 'Start line' course. If booked well enough in advance it may be possible to complete both courses on the same day.

Both course will take the same format but on the 'Become A Racing Driver' course a drivers performance is assessed throughout.

Complete Novice Package - €425
consists of 'Start Line' course (€225) and 'Become A Racing Driver' course (€235) and represents a saving of €35.
